GoAir airline was established in June 2004 and has the central base situated at the Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport, Mumbai. Go Air is wholly owned by the Wadia Group.

GoAir operates domestic passenger services to 13 cities with 385 weekly flights. With operation in most parts of the country, GoAir Airline offers state of the art service at minimal cost.

GoAir operates three A320 aircrafts with a single class, 180-seat configuration and plans to expand its fleet to 33 aircrafts in three years.
